Kelsey Work has nearly a decade of experience booking talent at some of the largest and most established conventions in the world. Her client list speaks for itself and includes many of the most sought after and well-regarded names from feature films, television, and voice over currently on the circuit.

Her attention to detail, her commitment to both the attendee and client experience, and her relationship-driven approach to representation have earned her a sterling reputation with promoters and talent alike. Having previously worked for some of the largest agencies in the industry, and with a strong background and degree in business, starting her own agency, Pegasus Talent LLC, has been the natural evolution of her passion and drive.

When not traveling the globe to support her clients Kelsey can be found in her native Los Angeles where she enjoys riding and showing horses, rock climbing, and spending time with her rescue dog Alfie.
